What we collect
When you request a free water check or use the package finder, we collect the details you enter: zip code, name, email address, an optional phone number, and your quiz answers. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm service coverage, recommend a package, schedule an installation and follow up about your request. Independent, Virginia-licensed plumbers who perform your install receive only the details needed to do the job.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Where Google Analytics is enabled, IP addresses are anonymized.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time — reply to any message from BlueTap RVA or email bluetaprva@gmail.com.
